Return Instructions

  • Step 1

    Click 'start a return' to begin the return process.

    2. Enter you email address used when ordering
    3. Enter Code received via email.

  • Step 2

    1. In your account select "ORDERS"
    2. Select the item you wish to return
    3. Select reason for return
    4. Select "REQUEST RETURN"

    KHARI XL will be notified of your return request.

  • Step 3

    Once your Return has been approved you will be notified by email.

    1. Print your return label off
    2. Attach it to your return package
    3. Drop off at your local post office

    You have 7 days once your return has been approved to drop it off before your label expires.

    You should receive your refund within 30 days.
